Yesterday are my very lucky day, i just looted 6 legendary item. (2 of them is a awesome legendary weapon, blackforge (look like "fking huge sword" zweihandler sword wield by Gust in Berserk manga and Giant Mace wield by skeleton king "leoric")

wahh mine just lvl 6 monk...damn this version pretty addictive la...hahah...rolling part is more exiting...very advantage for range class

Last week Blizzard announced Reaper of Souls, the first expansion pack for their action RPG Diablo 3. They've only confirmed a PC version of Reapers so far but game director Josh Mosqueira says that the new content could come to consoles as well. The expansion won't be released simultaneously, though.

"Our philosophy has always been we work on one project at a time," said Mosqueira in an interview with Polygon.. "We've got Diablo 3 on PC, we released it and then a small team splintered off to work on Diablo for the current consoles. Now the team's really focused on Reaper of Souls for PC. So if you look at the past, you can probably infer what the future might bring. We don't have any announcements at this point."

In Reaper of Souls, players will travel to the kingdom of Westmarch. The ex-Archangel of Wisdom, Malthael, has stolen the Black Soulstone and now plans to destroy the mortal realm. Players must defeat Malthael and his undead minions. In the process, they'll level up to the new cap of 70. Players looking to start a fresh game can create a Crusader, a new knightly class.

Diablo 3 will hit the Xbox 360 and PS3 on September 3rd, and the PS4 sometime next year.. Blizzard has revamped the game for those platforms to deliver a more console-friendly experience. The controls and user interface have both been optimized for gamepads. The console versions support local multiplayer in addition to online play so you can play on the couch with friends. Unlike the PC version, the console editions won't require a persistent online connection.

While the console version sounds better on paper, there's no confusion over what Diablo 3's lead platform really is. Blizzard is first and foremost a PC developer. Sure, the Xbox 360 and PS3 won't have to deal with always-on and the game's mechanics feel more suited to a gamepad but PC gamers have had access to D3 for over a year now. It's no shock that console gamers will have to wait longer for Reaper of Souls.

Prior to Reaper's release on PC, Blizzard will release a free patch with a number of new game features. Players looking to test their skill can try out the Nephalem Trials, a series of "survival mode" challenges. Randomized dungeons known as Loot Runs will make the quest for better equipment less tedious. A revamped Paragon system provides new ways to boost characters' strength. Hopefully these features will be free on consoles as well but at this point Xbox 360 and PS3 gamers must be used to paying for content that's available for no charge on PC. It's possible Blizzard will just roll these features into the expansion itself on consoles.

Reaper of Souls is undated but the beta test could begin later this year. I suspect Blizzard will have more details to provide during BlizzCon in November.

Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls expansion 'definitely' coming to consoles

Diablo 3 arrives on Xbox 360 and PS3 this week. And like its PC counterpart, the console version will also evolve with new content. The upcoming Reaper of Souls expansion is coming to consoles, although Blizzard is trying to figure out how.

Speaking to AusGamers, Blizzard's Matthew Burger says that Reaper of Souls will get the console treatment, but it will take time. "Obviously we wanna bring this expansion to console, we don't exactly know how we're going to do it yet," he said.

Instead of simply porting the expansion, the console version will require tweaks. "We're going to treat the expansion in the same way we treated Diablo 3 when we moved it onto console, which means that we have to make sure that it is adapted to the console ecosystem in a way that is going to play the best way possible. So that's going to require some changes; some additions, some subtractions, just like we did with the original game, [but] it will definitely come to console."

Just finish the game in normal mode using witch doctor, kinda easy i think since got a boost from several legendary item found
Summon a gargantuan zombie and zombie dog to fight for me and just keep the distance to cast the spell
Will be playing through nightmare mode after this. Is there any different in term of loot found and exp gain if i play nightmare mode with easy/normal/hard/master difficulty?

anyway, I am glad I didn't experience it on PC before, because I am loving the console version. When I am not playing FF14, I am playing D3.

diablo 3 ps3, when people love to mashed button especially the circle button. hehehe

2.8 million likes... but online player are decreasing from launch date...

to be fair, for me - pc and console version has it own appeal...

in pc version.. i became AH dependent... the fun/rush actually came to me when sniping and bidding a good equipment not from killing monsters and looting... sometimes i got lucky and bought a great gear for a cheap price... one mans treasure is another man trash, they say....

in ps3 version.. i am more quest/loot dependent... so if i need a good equipment/gear... i have to work for it... kill monsters and loot... that is the fun in console...

either way... during weekdays, when i am at my job site... i play d3 on pc... weekend when i am at home, i play d3 on the ps3...

and tonight i will add all of you guys in the list... hoping to get all the challenges/trophies for this game (not tonight la... but hoping to complete it) ...
