Usually parts like air filter, if you change to aftermarket like knn or works etc...they will close one eye. But if got problem change back to stock air filter. play safe.

I have no regret buying my EB cfe
To me, EB is the most value for money MPV under Rm100k
Well equipped accessories, fast pickup and overtaking, cruise at low rpm ( 110km/h @ 2400rpm)

Problem: engine die off twice in my ownership
Solution: go to any SC and tell them change Oil Control Valve. 30 minutes job. No more die off and misfiring when idling

What i slightly dislike, the interior material. The plastic is good, design is acceptable, does not looks cheap but one thing, easily scratch

1. When your engine die off? During reverse, idle or cruising? Yours sound like serious problem. Try check the spark plug maybe its faulty or something . My EB already change ocv twice, change the first time its normal for few weeks then jerk again. After change again, its working until now Goodluck bro, I hope proton know what they arw doing

Just now I tumpang my friend estima go lunch, so sad weh.....my 8 month EB got very soft rattling sound at left side of the dashboard when accelerate 10 to 20km/h. His car is recond import and he bought last 2 years, no rattling sound at all!

But still, not even a year already ratlling
Maybe because the road condition at my housing area is terrible, that's why rattle fast
My old waja, 4years using only started to rattle but that was at my old place

No not that one bro that noise come out after hit pothole...not a problem actually
My rattle noise when I accelerate my car from standstill to 20km/h

I dont know why, usually I will just ignore the rattle noise(other car) but this one is so annoying >.<

Not timing belt coz no screeching sound like that
It sound like a piece of plastic rattle from the left side of the dashboard
I will try clear all my stuff inside the compartment see if the culprit is the thing inside

Maybe if we take off the door visor would help! My 6 years old satria neo(no door visor) produce lower air noise at high speed compare to EB

Expensive and luxury car also mostly dont come with door visor, look at the merc, vw and etc.

Highway? On highway from kl to JB I manage to get 7.8L/100km

City drive everyday home - workplace I get 10.7L/100km

This one is at the left side of the dashboard, and what mat79 said at previous page is true the triang thing at the dashboard not fitted properly. I think i need to take out that piece put superglue and stick it back at it place

I think the magnetrap got advantages especially for new engine as it will trap fine metal

Anyone here used plastic cover or something to cover the spare tyre underneath? Sayang ooh, dah la sport rim, scared got scratch

Old gen proton have issue with power windows, now it all history. Proton have improve

I will just service at Proton SC, if I wanted to sell the car it will be easier because of the full record

This common problems with EB, tell SC and they will straight replace your tail lamp
Most sc have stock, if not need to wait
