Try to key in this *#0*# to access the test mode.
Check the 'Sensor'
Enter the 'Light Sensor'
Check if the lux value got change from Level 1 to Level 3 or not under different brightness.
If not, I am afraid that your sensor is faulty.

OMG...i only stuck at level 1. Does this mean my sensor faulty ? But b4 upgrade is working perfectly >_<

Reflash back to previous working ROM/kernel/ICS/GB and see if it reverts?

RootBox is ok..pretty stable.. i only wish the LG launcher could sort the app drawer alphabetically..performance wise pretty good for me..its the first edition of the ROM anyways..i'm sure it will grow overtime..

Results: The SCUD battery lasted more than the i9100 default battery by around 33 minutes and 30 second. both audios were paused immediately when they hit 1% and both died shortly after the screenshots were taken. Screenshots include better battery stats since charged and some with custom reference, partial wakelocks, processes and others section.

Analysis: The 33 minutes extra is with screen on at full brightness and with music playing through a headphone, if the screen is off it would have been a larger gap. looking at the screenshot and assuming the usage percentage is the same, then the screen would have taken 64% of the battery life. If we were to calculate it for screen off,
18% --- 4h 14 mins(254 mins)
82% --- 19 hours 17 mins

18% --- 3h 41 mins(221 mins)
82% --- 16 hours 47 mins

Gap would be 2 hours 30 mins if the screen was off instead of on.
obviously the screen was on so i dont have to test for the whole day.

Conclusion: i'll be using this battery from now on icon_rolleyes.gif

edit: as per requests,
my ori battery is 50 weeks old
the scud is 4 days old. lol tongue.gif
sorry i not richfag enuff to buy another ori just to test, so you guys pandai pandai la

note: i do not hold any obligation to what i wrote above, if you got this battery and it sux, then it is your problem, i hold no responsibility whatsoever and that you will definitely obtain the same result as me.

Hey, I was just wondering does ICS for the S3 can support most apps?
Or are there some apps that fail to work on ICS?
Is it safe to buy S3? or have to wait until more apps can work on ICS?
