yes i understand, but it is not fair bcz the user didn't spoil it. did u made the crack? it can be considered as manufacture defect if it can crack by itself.

Well, had to just swallow it, I guess. Maybe I'll be more careful the next time I grab a smartphone and wait until everything settles down

Last time my S1 also fall but the glass din break, only the bottom part pixel gone. Need RM 450 to repair as the screen comes together with the mother board, as claim by Samsung

Hi Maxis KLCC sure have stock,everyday 20 units,but u need to come early as 8 am..8.30 already got ppl line up take number

some users experienced the crack earlier on as well, one of them even mentioned it appeared suddenly but it looks well out of the box. How come the warranty does not cover this?

thats why i said yesterday,already second case and hope the count wont increase or else it might be major defect on the series!

i think the best solution is,if anyone else face the same thing,all the same people who experience the crack go together to the SC and then maybe they will consider it as their problem

so need to do additional physical test when collecting the SIII - better to twist and squeeze the new phone a bit to make sure the screen still intact.

Yes please inform to other if their device crack,dont go alone,collect all picture make petition

bcz it's hard to tell whether the crack is by the user or manufacture defect. unless the volume is high then they will consider it as an issue liao lo.
