True enough, but the LED light is also not visible if you put it in your pants pocket or bag. Anyways back at home hubby always open the flip so the LED is visible.

So it's own personal preference.

Should be changing the LCD related assembly.

My friend changed for his S2 for RM 500+ at Samsung SC.

If before this I always turn the background data OFF, now I'm lost, no background data ON/OFF option. How to turn off the background data. Can somebody help me! Now I use Green Power app to manage mobile data, mobile data automatic off when the screen off, but I still got notification from gtalk, whatsapp and facebook. How accurate actually the mobile data off method?

Last year Dec when I bought galaxy note, got free original flip case and 2 years warranty.
