Guys, wanna ask how much can you save every month if you're staying in SG but going to KL almost every week or sometimes. How much % can you save?

trains take 'forever' to reach ! The only way I would take it, if it's the nite ride, their 1st class special is quite comfy, with shower room included

Sg road are pretty easy to navigates, link by few major expressways.

You just need to buy an Autopass card (S$10 with S$6 value ?) upon entry into Sg, near the Immigration Building itself. I don't think you gonna use much of the $6, other than the toll (>S$2) for exiting Sg via the old causeway. Once in Sg, find a HDB parking which is free (tons of it around) for Sunday to park your car.

I think if I drive in, I probably wouldn't past any toll right? since I'll park around Marsiling/Woodlands/Kranji MRT station.

Majorities of foreign register vehicle do not have I.U. Unit unless you go install one. So how to auto deduct ERP ?
Normally for foreign cars is to pay a flat rate of S$5/day for unlimited ERP entry for the day, to be deducted from autopass card when leaving Sg

I check on M1 website, it says tat if 3 person signing up plan together there will be 25% discount on monthly subscription fee for all 3 subscriber. Pretty good deal, anyone interested to take up M1 plan? I need 2 more person . 

mine more simple. 2 years contract. 50% discount/month from whatever plan you get from the market and mobile phone price is -S$150 from whatever price you pay for the mobile phone that tied to that plan. Data stays at 7.2mbps 12GB/month (free) or S$7 for 1mbps 50GB/month. Max 3 lines.

If you're concerned about the data plans being reduced... just wait for the iPhone 5 and see how.

The last time when iPhone 4S was released, all 3 telcos had the phone available from launch day. Unlike the previous iPhone launches, Singtel didn't have exclusivity. So the 3 had to actually compete upfront for the new signups.

Since they cannot compete on hardware... they competed on price plans. Singtel's originally announced iPhone 4S Flexi plans was only 2GB, IIRC. Then the same day, M1 announced same price, more data. Then Starhub announce even more data, then Singtel announced they will match... ding-dong until by evening, all 3 had announced 12GB plans.

So with iPhone 5 and all the brainless Apple fanboys in Singapore... I think we'll see the telcos go into another round of competition on launch day. And if they don't quickly bring the "standard" 12GB data plans back lower now, they might have to raise it to 20GB or something on launch day. At least now they have room to "increase" it back to the original 12GB and say they are giving you a promotion.

hopefully not lah, cos last time i stuck at tuas on sunday evening, no holiday also almost 1.5hrs. contemplating to avoid thursday morning travel, maybe travel by wednesday night just to be safe. first time going back raya from sg

There is a salary range for SPR ?    And how much would that be ? Go on, just humour me.

Your thought is wrong then, if SPR is better than Pass Holder, Does it mean, Singaporean pay is better than SPR?

Singaporean > SPR > EP > WP??

For EP & WP maybe a different but not much after you are an EP.

Usually EP are granted to graduates so chances are your pay is a graduate pay.

Who says foreigners in Malaysia always have lower pay? In my company in KL, the person with the highest pay is always foreigner.
