Some postings they state common room and no mention of sharing as well. Anyways, I prefer smaller room to sharing, to avoid any roommate issues. I am not expecting aircon.

here utility room also consider common room? hmm.gif

nope...utility room is smaller...like storage room.....
common room is the normal rooms that we can normally rent...bigger room space...but no attached bathroom of course!..if u want attach bathroom then u need to rent a MASTER bedroom
*
but if rental range is 450-600, should be common room or utility room?

Just another question guys. I'm free next week from mon to wed. Do you think it's any use to go sg to look for jobs?
*
Perhaps you can try walk in interview if you can find one...is the fastest. blush.gif

For item 1, it's not possible. I have checked with the officer from CPF board before. Even you were to change your address permanently to Sabah or Sarawak, you still cannot withdraw because they base on birth cerificate and not IC. Anyway don't quote me on this as I was told by the officer. I have checked alll means about how to withdraw out my cpf. And in my earlier post I did mentioned Sabahans and Sarawakians are able to withdraw their CPF and return to Sabah or Sarawak. I didn't use the word going back permanently because they are still able to return to Singapore and contribute back to CPF etc. I shall not go there into details

Item 2 I got no comment as I didn't check on that.

Item 3, I can't comment and don't wish to comment. All I did mentioned was even I give up my PR I can't withdraw my cpf now and also mentioned West Malaysians withdrawing of CPF is the same as what governs Singaporean. Don't try to mix the 2 together

Also I believe you were the one who said West Malaysian can withdraw all their CPF in your  Post #2429 but now you are saying otherwise in item 3. So ain't you contridictinig about your own statement also?

Let's face it, you can make corrections and I am all good but please don't get personal and trying to pick on me. The word entirely incorrect as far as I know means none of what I state is true. Anyway neither you nor me can give a complete detail explanation about withdrawing CPF
*
Maybe is not pick on you, we all here trying to get and provide correct and helpful info to everyone who work in SG.
cheers~~

Even if newspaper, they also need time to arrange for your interview, 2~3 days is not enough for it.but just give it a try, if your financial is not an issue. thumbup.gif

Actually, I am looking for network eng job since I grad(just at year 2010), and yes my current company offer me a position on network eng, but what actually work is like system eng(installing software, crone machine, deploy machine to new staff, or collect back machine from exiting staff that all ), so i call my self as system eng. >..<
*
Oh, more like IS support i think, but all the cert you gained, is also will lead you back to the same job, network engineer might be referring to internal network engineer and mostly will bao ka liao...

You want to work as network engineer, i think you wan to work related to internet stuff, i mean work online, correct me if i am wrong, then why not try software engineer?
