just went to service 1k at 1.4k something. Car now put at workshop, they give Shell HX7+oil filter+oil gasket+magnatrap, the SC say around 230, i was like wtf? hx7 is 111, oil filter 12-14 like tat, gasket rm4, magnatrap is 68, not even 200 man.. i no time entertain them, later i only go entertain them after i go office.

Huhuhu.. Me just went from 90-120Km all the way till simpang pulai. Agreed that the damn car's good for long distance travelling.

To positively think about this thing, the Service Advisor might just give u estimate figure. It's usual that they tell u more expensive price but when u pay it'll be cheaper. But if this is not that situation, then it looks like you're being conned.

I pumped 34 to 35 psi, seem suitable for me.

did Perodua sales drop because of PREVE?... their top spec is RM75k...but difference segment..

In general, airbag sensor are NOT located at the bumper but within the chassis, probably near or in front of the main skeleton frame of the car within the engine bay. When the impact is hard enuf to squash INTO the engine bay, then right onto the hardened main chassis frame within the bay, it will hit the sensor, split seconds trigger the airbag. If you crash the bumper to pieces but not into the engine bay, airbag should not deploy.

Morning. Here I had revised the SC location map in Setapak. The SC is beside the Oldtown Cafe after the traffic light.



I called the SC just now to confirm the mileage for 2nd service, is confirmed 5k or 6 months.

I think normally all service should be 1K, 5K and 10K. Cause my exora although its on a 10K interval, the first three has always been 1K, 5K and 10K.

me also use the semi-synthetic, 1040; my booklet also written 10k for 2nd service...get confused
but the SC told me is 5k, i guess when almost hitting 5k better give them a call to confirm.
