does the on the road price of preve includes the cost of buying plate number? my SA said the plate number is considered as 'free gift', is it true?

Just receive my preve, WWV 87x, CFE premium, elegance brown, chassis no 57xx. Booked on 18/5, loan approved on 28/5, received on 7/6. So happy! Alhmdulillah~
