Hmmm...starting to sound like the developer is selling expensive low to medium cost apartments. Could this be one of the PRIMA developments which the govt engaged UOA to build?

Just my thought. I hope I'm wrong...

That will be about rm500-660 psf depending on how big n what is the price level,definitely over priced especially with limited facility.

u mean BBB mode on this project only or overall market? i was talking about overall market, so BBB mode is still on especially when a condo at EQUINE PARK launched last week selling at 385-400psf is fully sold (not sure if the source of information i got is accurate or not) feel free to correct me if u think BBB mode is off smile.gif

I'm wondering what facility include in this project? I heard that this project got facility such as swimming pool, gym and etc. 3 tier security.

Any other facility? Please share it.. Thanks.



RM 500-RM 600 per sf overprice? This area is nearby KLCC and midvalley. KLCC condo now is RM 1k per s.q. I think this project price are reasonable and good for investment. smile.gif

Dun forget the renter in taman desa now is ~RM 2k-RM2.5k for condo.. smile.gif

True... Then there is some hope left.

Not too sure how close is the block to the railway tracks. Hope the trains do not pose too much of noise.

I was working in Plaza Sentral before and the noise levels were quite audible whenever the LRT passes.
