QUOTE(ecin @ May 29 2012, 12:14 PM) If it's desa 8: Wow, the price is very high. Must be a very luxury condos, especially at this part of the town. What is the name of the project? In 1Q2012, the group (UOA) plans to launch Desa 8, which comprises 24 luxury condos and has an estimated GDV of RM50 million. The units are between 3,700 and 4,000 sq ft in size and cost RM700 psf onwards. [quoted] |

QUOTE(New Klang @ May 31 2012, 09:47 AM) UOA is big developer with premium pricing just like their units at Bangsar South. I don't think many serious buyer is here. Why do you think not many serious buyer here? Judging from the map, the project site is not sitting within Taman Desa, more like next to it. |

If want to go, would be better to opt for the lake facing. Can avoid westward sun in the evening as well as lesser noise pollution.

QUOTE(feizaiII @ Jul 27 2012, 10:52 AM) One of the overlooked concerns on this project is the access.Correct me if i'm wrong, it seems like the only feasible way to go in is via the road from Mid Valley direction. (may need to enlarge the current Jln Desa Bakti turning. And the only way out is directly linked to Lebuhraya Hubungan Timur-Barat. What if coming from Cheras side? And what if want to go to Mid Valley side? |

QUOTE(cavinkho @ Jul 30 2012, 11:36 PM) its definitely doable!! crossed check to studio/1 room suite in desa permai and you will know that i'm right...... If need to turn in to taman desa, then very troublesome lor. The "turning" in front of the first traffic light is very narrow and not a legal one too.Added on July 30, 2012, 11:47 pm both also have to turn into taman desa and u turn at the school and go back to MRR... |

QUOTE(st.looi @ Jul 31 2012, 02:06 PM) Ya, no doubt the location itself is very strategic. I fully concur with that. In fact the reason why I'm lurking around in this thread is because of keen interest too. Just want to bring up the topic on the road accessibility as I see it as one of the drawbacks this project. Hopefully the developer is here as well, so that can provide better alternative in future? |

QUOTE(christopheryam @ Aug 1 2012, 09:17 PM) make a u turn at the school is better than -living in Rawang but work in KL. It's true that in terms of location, this Desa Condo really good. Just want to find out the entry/exit so that can have better consideration. Btw, is the u-turn at the school inside Tmn Desa, a legal one?can you tell me any projects next to highway no need U Turn? like Midfields condo turn here and there but still convenient. Scott Garden old klang road also need U-turn. just my 100 bucks |

QUOTE(AppreciativeMan @ Aug 6 2012, 01:21 PM) Oh.... Tats indeed very nasty way of answering.... Thinks they are 'overjoyed' already.... Wy is it subject to changes?Anyway, project tat hav not get formal approval they will not print or circulate any brochure or flyers.... Even if they print flyers, it will be a flyer calling to come for preview/soft launch only (jus like the Banting).... No info of project will be printed! In fact at this stage, everything is still subject to changes.... Is the dp payable to a stake holder ie law firm? |

QUOTE(cockee @ Mar 26 2013, 08:47 AM) both target similar tenant. both almost same distance from Midvalley. both high density with small units. This is quite different crowd. SG could be targetting those who frequently patronize MV but Desa condo is more towards city side.IMHO, SG will be harder to find tenants among the two. |
