a friend once told me that there is a plan for a LRT to Kuchai Lama, not sure how true is it.
there is one very awkward structure near to the Loong Seng restaurant, somewhere near the traffic light...supposedly meant for the LRT hmm.gif

That will be about rm500-660 psf depending on how big n what is the price level,definitely over priced especially with limited facility.

If want to go, would be better to opt for the lake facing. Can avoid westward sun in the evening as well as lesser noise pollution.

One of the overlooked concerns on this project is the access.
Correct me if i'm wrong, it seems like the only feasible way to go in is via the road from Mid Valley direction. (may need to enlarge the current Jln Desa Bakti turning.
And the only way out is directly linked to Lebuhraya Hubungan Timur-Barat.
What if coming from Cheras side?
And what if want to go to Mid Valley side?

If need to turn in to taman desa, then very troublesome lor. The "turning" in front of the first traffic light is very narrow and not a legal one too.

Ya, no doubt the location itself is very strategic. I fully concur with that. In fact the reason why I'm lurking around in this thread is because of keen interest too. Just want to bring up the topic on the road accessibility as I see it as one of the drawbacks this project. Hopefully the developer is here as well, so that can provide better alternative in future? smile.gif

It's true that in terms of location, this Desa Condo really good. Just want to find out the entry/exit so that can have better consideration. Btw, is the u-turn at the school inside Tmn Desa, a legal one?

This is quite different crowd. SG could be targetting those who frequently patronize MV but Desa condo is more towards city side.
IMHO, SG will be harder to find tenants among the two.
