Just wanna ask those who have use this phone for sometimes, does it lag? Scrolling/transition/etc got lag spike compare to android jelly bean?

thinking of getting this phone within next week, can someone tell me the differences compared to lumia 900 and also its display? off topic: 920 is soo tempting but all the hype are gone since need to wait for a couple of months  |

was wondering if anyone faces "charging" problem with this phone.
For example: You plug in the charger, and it doesn't charge. you need to somehow twist, or adjust the charger (mini usb ?) to a certain angle, and press it, in order for it to charge.
