Just wanna ask those who have use this phone for sometimes, does it lag? Scrolling/transition/etc got lag spike compare to android jelly bean?

Is this phone currently running WP7.5?
Wanna ask before buying, Nokia Drive, Nokia Music, Nokia Map and Xbox live, does all of these apps works in Malaysia? |
