Wanna know, can lumia 800 survive w/o 3G internet plan?

Just got this phone despite phone seller claimed this phone having issues and no stock from dealers, I've decided to try. So far, I'm pleased to be different.

Anyway, if we update firmware, will we lose all data on the phones. Such as contacts, music, photos, videos, and apps?

I'm having issue with the phone's earpiece, any workarounds?

Why the market list show malay word?

Guys, never ever forget to protect the metal plate surrounding camera at the back. Mine got scratched a lot. ended up covering it with cellophane tape now =/

how about the matte casing? does it really need to buy casing to cover it?

Just wanna ask those who have use this phone for sometimes, does it lag? Scrolling/transition/etc got lag spike compare to android jelly bean?

This is bad. Isn't the GPS suppose to work hands free ? If we are driving and the screen time out then it will basically make the gps unusable. Any work around ?

Just got a Lumia 800 and was wondering if there are any fullscreen protectors out there? The shop that sold me the screen protector does not cover the entire screen; the left and right sides are exposed. Any suggestions? Thanks!
