How come i used dr ketan's method to root and install CWM..when i boot into recovery..its not CWM but stock recovery..any idea ?

first you should try to shut down, take out battery for 1 minute and check if it's still hot?

2nd, you can try to install cpu spy and observe whether your CPU go to deep sleep when idle..
factory reset will still stay at ICS.

i think if you want to go back to GB, you need to flash via pc with odin
