ok so i "secretly" bought the OMD for some time and didn't post anything here. now i want to let it go. to be frank, it's an awesome camera but there're a few things that i don't like about it enough to justify the sale. anyone interested do PM me, and check out the WTS thread in my sig.

haha if you confirm want I can reserve for you, or can arrange postage if you will. maybe I'll travel down to your place by bus then you treat me some nice local specialty food or something. can no problem. i think you'll probably better looking for body only cause you got quite a few nice lens already, the kit probably good if you happened to shoot in bad weather although highly unlikely for you perhaps.
none of them, all the things you mentioned are none issue for me cause I got used to them pretty quickly, or already adapted to it like j1 also cannot adjust AF point size also.

main issue being a bit fiddly auto white balance under indoor lighting, have to adjust them quite a lot in post and especially when there's so many of them (used it to shoot an important family event). not that they're far off, but not consistent enough especially in green/red tint setting. maybe it's because I was shooting event and walking around so lighting changes a lot but still...in contrast the j1 has been very reliable, if I ever need to adjust its because the lighting wasn't nice so I need to make it look better, not because it's inaccuracy.

and the other one...believe it or not, I don't quite attracted by the color rendering. from many other user posted images they all look very nice but when I finally use it i had a mixed feeling about the colors it render, sometimes ok, sometimes nicer than actual scene, sometimes worse. again the j1 has been reliable and there's very little, if any needs to tweak it.

otherwise it's an excellent camera and better that the j1 in almost every ways. though after comparing my j1 and omd shots, the differences werent enough to justify the expense of dealing the quirks. ive since learned not to pixel peep and suddenly realized the j1 ain't all that bad actuall.
