its a voigtlander.. price of 3K is acceptable actually.

but here in UK, the price difference between 17.5mm and the less expensive 25mm is about RM1K!! thats why im opting for pana leica at 25mm and voigtlander at 17.5

so that i can have the best for both worlds... hopefully

I shoot raw when doin portrait, shoot jpeg for landscape -.-. And fyi,  not neccessary shoot raw the picture is nicer, if shoot raw format but never do much editting aso pointless. I shoot macro mostly edit is contrast level, i dont do much changes on the exposure compensation nor colour changes.In this case im saying regarding the colour saturation n hue totally out, i tried raw and the result is totally the same. So not neccessary raw is winner . Buying expensive camera doesnt mean must shoot raw. U buy 1100d also can shoot raw if ure into photochopping. N most important, if the picture is sbapshot with full gear , shoot rawalso wont help much as what is important is the composition and feel.

well the 6cm and 8cm doesnt sound much difference...but when u put it into perspective...it is 33% longer
but then again, the main thing is for the scale window...the focus distance yea u could say its about the same.

for macro, most ppl will set what magnification ratio they want, then move the camera to focus.
thats why for 1:1 like the oly 60mm its in manual focus only.
not focus, and then see its not right, then refocus etc etc...that one is like shooting general stuff already...
and imo if want to shoot general stuff...save money buy oly 45mm 1.8...rm900+ only
