QUOTE(S4a @ Jun 19 2012, 05:51 PM) Well, I was trained with Photoshop since version 1 (not even near CS era) ages ago when I was a college boy. So, no way I'm changing my tools which I'm over familiarized with. It's an advanced photo-editing software for professional usages. Lightroom in the other hand has improved a lot in version 4. More and more professional photographers to-date picked it up very quickly for their ease of use features for fast & accurate color-correction and editing. And is way-way cheaper than Photoshop CS6. If your works do not required special effects or complex editing for production usages, then Lightroom will delivers what you are looking for. And the learning curve is faster and easier compared to CS. All in all, they are just tools. Just choose the one that you are comfortable with and learn from there. I'd advice anyone who is very new in photo-editing to start off with Lightroom and then upgrade yourself to CS. It's easier to learn, simple and straight-forward. Hope that help you decide and answer your question. Added on June 19, 2012, 5:55 pmPMed. Take a look at the screen protector thread I've posted: http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=52323256 Added on June 19, 2012, 6:02 pmCool man... Cool... Most importantly, I believe is to ensure post usage cleanup is done on the lens n to ensure they r kept in dry boxes as much as can b. fungus more scary.

QUOTE(yangkuo @ Jun 21 2012, 05:31 AM) there's an option to switch on Multi View display for Exposure Compensation and White Balance. check out Page 40 of your E-PM1's user manual It's with replies like this that proves our m43 thread is so helpful n good. Where else can we get users advising users to the exact page in the manual. Respect! Keep it up guys Added on June 21, 2012, 11:15 amQUOTE(Mikeshashimi @ Jun 21 2012, 06:33 AM) In the NEX system, when you lower or increase the aperture or shutter speed, the LCD will get darker or brighter (showing you a proper preview of the image you are going to take)... This is not the case for the PEN system. Chief, what ure asking sounds very much like what's called Live Preview that's available in Oly Pen n OMD series. Whatever we c on the LCD display changes dynamically when we alter ISo, shutter speed n aperture. Having said that, u camera setting cannot b in Auto. Make sure u set it to M, A, S or P. Hope that helps. This post has been edited by sioe: Jun 21 2012, 11:15 AM

QUOTE(d@odao @ Jun 22 2012, 10:39 AM) Metz or fl-36r ?... Hmmm... Still thinking... Come poison me.. I need poison... Olympus cam of coz if can use back Olympus flash la. TTL metering, RC mode, full swivel n rotate. Small n light weight. Use only two AA battery. 2nd hand units r quite cheap. Apa mau lagi? Metz may b good la but I really doubt the support it has for Oly camera can be better than a true Olympus flash.
