i having this issue as well..
anyone able to update the patch?

still cant update...client says "Game is up to date" but when launched and hit the login a msg prompted that it will retstart to update the patch and once done will be able to play, has been stucked in the proccess like forever!!

Use the US client.

Can anyone go into the Asian servers? Supposedly the server is patched (SOURCE) but my client isn't downloading the patch.

The past patch loops will resolve itself once the Korean servers patch their ****, but my client isn't downloading the patch like it would normally.

I don't endorse this...but I'm doing it myself, and it's patching it to
1.0.3.10485 at the moment...

do at your own risk.

Open Diablo folder
Open .agent database file
Edit "patch_url" line to http://enUS.patch.battle.net:1119/patch (you can do a 'find' search for enSG until you find it) - you'll want to change it to enEU if you play a Euro server
Open Battle.net folder (C:\ProgramData) <---Windows 7.
Delete "Agent" folder
Load Diablo launcher

I've no problem to update the game and login to it this morning @ 5am.
