it worked for me. just open up the agent.db file, change your region to the US.

mine was enSG.

Open Diablo folder
Open .agent database file
Edit "patch_url" line to http://enUS.patch.battle.net:1119/patch (you can do a 'find' search for enSG until you find it) - you'll want to change it to enEU if you play a Euro server
Open Battle.net folder (C:\ProgramData)  <---Windows 7.
Delete "Agent" folder
Load Diablo launcher

same here, already delete the update folder, battlenet folder delete the agent file. re download the patch and enter still claim that got new patch and been kick out.

but my friend already can log in and play.

change to enUs. patch

then need delete agent folder in C:programdata/battlenet/------------win7

win7 hidden file .......test oledi can play

The quick fixes are very circumstantial, because it might or might not work.

I've tried changing the patch_url to koKR, and it made me download 8GB language files. I've tried changing enSG to enUS. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the game a total of 3 times.

I've given up trying anything as it's extremely depressing to try self-made fixes when Blizzard has not done anything to address the patch loop issue, other than saying "Wait till the patch goes live in your region."

The patch went live on the US servers almost 12 hours ago, and it went live in the Asian servers 4 hours ago. And the client isn't even prompting a patch install.

Frustrated sial.

SEA can be patch around 12pm ~2pm for what test last time. I still waiting and test on 12pm something later XD
