mind i ask y u would choose duckweed? doesnt it cover the whole surface until no light can go thru?
yup exactly, it helps to suck all those excess nutrients, ammonia, nitrates etc and also cover the whole surface so little light can pass thru them = happy moss + less algae + happy SAE's and oscar

what bro? laugh.gif they are damn too easy to maintain la for me

btw, HC seems to grow slowly immersed form, and with 11w, they seemed to grow upright and not creeping sideways,
any advice? do i have to submersed them and put co2 for rapid growth?

better buy a bag full of subwassertang and let it settle.
QUOTE(fishman @ Jun 19 2012, 07:09 PM)
I sooooo agree with u on this. LuQee needs to be blacklisted from all Marimo sellers. mad.gif  tongue.gif
Wow...looks like not many choice to carpet in a low tech tank eh?
CO2 injection not good for shrimps right? The new nano tank that I was thinking to setup will be another shrimp tank too.
haha laugh.gif i love marimos..
