Bro, i thought 196 units of link house is a fact? i never said 196 is the only landed. Please improve your understanding of english before open your fire.

The main difference i can see the 3k units is AB block sharing a same facilities and block C & D got their own. The other difference is facing direction, then corner units and intermediate? emm, what else? Difference entrance? Pool view/KL view/nilai view?

i also want to learn from you what are the other USP you can see........

Lol, location wise OUG parklane is better, design wise OUG parklane looks like medium low cost housing, savana design looks more proper as a service apartment. This is really tough to determine which is better in long run. But obviously both service apartment are planned in such a way to maximise profit in the shortest period without thinking to bring more value to their supporter. This is acceptable that Akisama is like a cow boy developer and just to fast fast get money and run, can't imagine mahsing follow Akisama's way
