MahSing never can fully sell their project due to hefty inflated price from initial developer price. Buyers feel syiok on the paper gain however the leftovers also create glass ceiling on future potential gain.

Anyway... who is going to buy SMD for RM2.1m in GR where SEG, SH is only going for less than RM2M where IMO location, concept beat GR anytime. The leftovers is only for show only. Developer should keep it as inventory and open for sale when market recover. But being chinaman company they just want to sellX3 to get the cash.

2.1mio spa value only....you will make couple of hundred thousand if you buy..... tongue.gif

I believe its not about holding stock.....few millions mean nothing to developers....its more like finished selling, close books, close company and move on.

If they wan to close book... sell cheap and move on lor..

At rm2.1m... maybe need to give 20% rebate, free MOT, 24months installment on DP etc.

I believe there was min price when you apply for building licence. cannot soong soong reduced price and sell de.

It read from and to....means range of price
But usually that reflect the max price (not the min) of smallest/cheapest sizes.

u seeing others do the same la... EW, SP, IOI.... too. Nothing new. Anyhow, GR mostly sold out. At current situation, SEG also got problems similar like MS...

If u heard the new at Walz WCT latest issues, it just show some developer are getting more desperate.

As for latest news in GR, the area quiet and peaceful. Since it is already fully developed and not much heavy traffic like the others part of CBJ. With the MRT (3 stations nearby) , and CCC starting soon. It is coming nicely.
