Malay owners. Not sure is bumi lot/quota or not.
And individual title issued and perfection not done.
So another thing to check is whether the developer allow direct transfer to the new buyer straight. If not, will incur more costs. Maybe that's the reason why nobody interested in this "cheap" house.

Yeah, last month at 1.214M only but nobody interested.
2 months ago reserve price was 1.349M.
