i think your far should mean relative to other projects?

in actual fact, it's less than 15 minutes drive away to the cbd. quite frankly, cbd is probably where the jam will be in the future. some ppl may argue any project that allows you to reach home without going through the cbd will be the most strategic

I am seeing a lot of traffic lights along that road in d pulze...Once the ppl move in to seg, Symphony hills, arc, tamarind, pangea, lakefront, etc, that whole road will be more jam than cheras....Garden residence has better exit and entry in and out alternatives path around cyberjaya, hence much lesser traffics in the future

nope.. couldnt agree with u, there are many alternatives road to get out from persiaran multimedia.. google map it then u'll understand better...

i read Govt will start building MRT 2 to Putrajaya Sentral in 2015 and there is a indoor bridge connecting to the Putrajaya Sentral from Cyberjaya opposite Garden Residence or Sky Park. Will finish by 2020.

Also i read Cyberjaya stakeholders are also lobbying so that MRT 2 can be extended to Cyberjaya. A decision will be made soon. Even if Cyberjaya is connected with MRT 2, it will be connected with LRT or monorail eventually.

dont think the mrt/lrt will be done by 2020.... need to see how's the population growth within this few years first... if no population is waste of resources to build mrt/lrt into cbj

during the msc era, the population growth has just reached puchong. cyberjaya really had no chance. if ppl think puchong is far at that time, cbj is even further. coupled with f&b and residential limitations, u could almost guess the outcome

now, puchong has reached its potential and the center gravity of growth have shifted. most limiting factors for cbj are already gone. it is only the matter of time (not if but when) before growth reaches cbj. u just need to visit cbj at night now to verify.
