Maintenance is on the pricey side but security is top notch and collections are excellent. Over 99% collections over the last 3 years I've been there. Over the same period they have repainted both the exterior and interior walls, refurnished the swimming pool area and are looking to further enhance the other facilities.
Believe that as long as money is spent well to maintain the place it will be reflected in the property price. I'm just wondering why the property price is still lagging behind some other areas. |

The maple is good place for own stay. I believe the stagnant price is due to absolute price due to the big size. When come to Rm1m price tag, buyers will be more discerning and particular and to certain extend address. In this price range, Maple is competing with MK, Hartamas etc.Believe that as long as money is spent well to maintain the place it will be reflected in the property price. The key when u r rich...there are many options out there.
And maple.. is already >10years... When mrt2 completed... maple already 20years... in condo context... maple is considered as middle age man... |

Hello I am interested in maple for own stay. Do u know if they are dog friendly?? Also what is the resident mix in terms of race and local/foreign? Just to see if having dogs will be a problem. Thanks
