Everyone talk about value of Maple is 35 acre park. I wonder this 35 acre park is belong to The Maple condo or YTL development. I can’t believe YTL is so generous giving a condo 35 acre land which can generate tons of money for future development.Pro:

I am afraid most of the info found internet misleading. This park is YTL future development. The Maple condo resident only enjoy the park before developing
