Anyone took loan with Annbank? Is if not a flexi loan?

Btw, they told me RHB will join them as one of the new panel soon

i think so too... but if theres a change of gov and municipal council, would the AP approval delay even longer??!

they only got a@bank / bank 1slam and a1 rajh1 as panel... the 3rd one called me the second day after i submitted my documents.. but the 1st 2.. haih 2 weeks after i submitted my documents no records at all.. haven processed...

wat if i go find my own bank.. do i need to fork out any extra?

I'm taking the loan from Bank Islam. I can pass you the contact if you want. Though he's abit slow in responding, but at least he do his responsible. And their offer is quite good too.

Same here..I'm taking da loan fr ambank n I think I will sign da lo next week..blr -2.4 but just one drawback...its not a flexi loan

err.....Ambank or Bank Islam?? it looks like Bank Islam offer to me as I know Ambank is offering a flexi loan. biggrin.gif

Can u confirm on that..I only being offered by ambank so for sure I won't b mistaken..my agent told me it is only a semi flexi loan where we can pay extra into da account but then extra paid won't b used to deduct the principle loan amount...

But I was told that the extra amount paid can be use to deduct the principle amount! Maybe you can double check again!

sorry missed out on your respond. it's alrite i got a call from bank islam. the banker told me he's processing it and i will know the result this week. keeping my fingers crossed now. Now just pray can faster sign the s&p

Heard that the only panel bank left are Al-Rajhid, Bank Islam, AMbank and Public Bank. Which one do you guys think is the best deal and why ?

I think all banks are more or less. It's just about BLR-2.3 or -2.4(usually if take MRTA).
Flexible capital repayment is a feature I think is important. Some banks do require advanced notification.
Other than that I think it's all about the same.

Anyone can tell whether such calculation of capital repayment is correct?
That if I borrow $400k, I can save about $130k and shorten tenure by 8 years if I make a $50k capital repayment on the 3rd year.
