All my shots were taken with flash
Using flash will help "freeze" the moment. Usually around 1/200 will be enough to capture small movements of insects, but with flash, you can pretty much capture movements of all average-speed insects; some more using flash means you can keep ISO down = better quality photos. Should try it out~
This is one of the few fastest reacting insects I've seen haha, even with flash also tak sempat capture it (if shooting at high magnification, of course
). I like your shot, even when its not taken with flash, since the bug is very sensitive regardless
