level 60 wiz reporting ! still stuck in act1 inferno

What is the stats?

plus 38% damage and 200-400+ damage i think

RoF for single target, disintegrate for mobs, but i prefer celestial arcane for mobs.

DPS is the main thing u should look for. while INT only give u a little bit of dps+damage%

10k dps + 1000(%) INT is better than 7k dps + 1400(%) INT

Added on May 29, 2012, 4:50 pmrof clear 1 mob faster n SLOW the mob. disintergrate clear mob slower but all mob die together. if u have very high dps i think disintergrate is a better option so that u can clear those mobs in one shot

Just tumpang ask ask ... is the DPS that count or the 'damage' that count

say for example i have a weapon that have almost same DPS but ...
- high ASPD with slightly lower damage
- low ASPD but high damage

which one will be better if for hydra or arcane orb?

@_@ im quite confuse.

disintegrate with volatility is superb on thrash.

low aspd but high dmg is mostly better for all of wizard skills.. even for channeling.spells high attk speed will burn your mana faster.

I found a 600+ dps blue for lvl 47

well, i've seen 1.1k dps on 1hd? but only obtainable in inferno mode

higher aspd also means i can recharge my arcane faster, meaning i can spam earlier

Currently on a 2H wand, for the higher DPS. Does take away my resist + health regen set buff which I sorely miss.

And rather not used to the slow casting animation, seem to be able to cast less between kites. Hmm still can't figure which way to go, 2H or 1H/OH. Nels what weapon you on currently?

Yea, but it's for level 47. Imagine taking that and you can basically cruise through Nightmare like a boss.

i dont know how...but without diamond skin, i can't even survive in act 2 inferno. that also enable me to take only 3 hits from elites.

IF the elite have the pre-fix "fast". i can relog already, no matter how many valor i got, unless it is kiteable away from path.

i really wonder how ppl do it.

Well, since you gonna kite anyway, just use the Blizzard as primary and add Familiar + Sparkflint to your skillset. And I would advise using Force Armor (even though it has been nerfed).

question in act 2 inferno....how in inferno ?? u kill those writhing snake elites? ??
they are invis when moving and if fast......??
