What is your current DPS/HP/Armor/AR/LOH?

IMO, generally your current setup is good enough to complete Inferno.
It seems you have already got Seven Sins in both setup, I think you do not need to upgrade your shoulder armor.

If you really want to upgrade your gear,
Offensive, perhaps you need to upgrade DPS to the level of 100K-200K+.
Defensive, you need to improve the AR (800 without war cry or 1200 with war cry) and increase the DPS to 35K.

If I were you, I'd go defensive setup.
2 reasons, it could be cheaper and easier to achieve the desired stats. It is a more balance build.

P/S As your current gears are good enough to complete Inferno.
Are you going to play other class of heroes?
If yes, IMO, it is better to spend gold on gears for other class of heroes.
Barb is the most expensive class to maintain. The STR attribute is not important for other class of heroes.
Well, if gold is not a concern, by all means go upgrade your gears.

900AR and 8K armor are the stats before war cry or after war cry?

LOH + overpower (crushing advance) combo is very useful to kill certain type of elites.
You'll need LOH.

Are you playing solo or co-op?
Go co-op if you can't solo.

If you go solo, 4 elites gang-rape you at a time.
If you go party, 4 human players gang-rape an elite at a time.
If you are unlucky and met 2 packs of elites, 8 elites will gang-rape you at a time if you go solo.
If you are unlucky and met 2 packs of elites in co-op game, 4 human players still gang-rape an elite at a time.
So, it's really up to you how you want to play it.

I completed A1 and A2 in both solo and co-op.
I couldn't complete A3 and A4 in solo.

LOH comes in handy in A3/A4.

Try get a monk in your team. You will be doing better.

LOH+Overpower (CA) + healing mantra will help you to stay longer in the game.
Monk and Barb should fight together.

LOH alone is not enough. You'll need overpower to reflect damage while you're recovering from LOH.

No, it is Overpower (Crushing Advance)

You need 600 LOH minimum.
The more the merrier.

It depends on your overall build.

You need high DPS and LOH if you wanna dual-wield in A3/A4.
100K+ DPS and 1000+ LOH should do you fine.

Life steal (combo with high DPS) and LOH are good.

Beside these, I found using bash (pulverize) in A3/A4 gave me better LOH than Frenzy.
Cleave was the worst.
You may discuss that too.

Which level? Normal? Nightmare? Hell? Inferno?

Monk is indeed Barbs' best friend.

I'm now in Inferno A2. Very comfortable with dual-wield.

Your gears should be good for Nightmare.

You will need to source for better gears in Hell mode, where you need AR.

0 AR in Hell Mode? You must have god-like armor and skill that can withstand/dodge arcane/poison/fire in Hell mode.
I was a noobie Barb. I needed 100AR in Act4 Hell Mode (if my memory serves me right).

Yeap, your have good enough attributes to finish Inferno.

The gears you have may not be pricey to you.
It is certainly pricey for me. My dreamed gears.
My crappy gears didn't allow me to do solo. I needed co-op.

I'll add you tonight too. Monk loves Monk too.

Yeap, I had a monk in my team and we completed A2 Inferno yesterday.
Stacking Mantras + War Cry are good.

You can love Barb. But you can't stop me from loving you.
