try Mantra of Evasion and other evasive skills as well...

the strategy of monk is to spam all his evasive skills at higher difficulty levels + some heal and invulnerability.

Proper timing of other attack skills is important too.

Monk is meant not to simply rush in and attack everyone/tank like a barbarian can...

Hell act 2.. i manage to tank .. even elit mobs (80% of elit mobs able to tank) as well...
but i kenot tahan all those magics.. freeze.. laser... poision etc... bcoz my resistance no good..

i am trying some others way to compensate those magics damage.. maybe more hp? now alrdy 36k hp.. with Earth ally.. can up to 39k hp.. ...

Resistance makes your hp more valuable . 36k is good .

very hard to up resistance lo.... 
at most i can up to 112 ...   

Lvl 48, HP 15K, DPS 2.1K, All Resist 44... can't even solo proper in NM Act 4...

Find those
+<certain type resist>
+ All resist

Then use the passive One With Everything

Your resistance to all elements is equal to your highest elemental resistance.

From nightmare to hell . Just get high dps + vit + dex can solo all the way .

your health is like super than mine. haha...DPS almost same. resist a bit low. i have 100+ for all.
still die but need to keep changing skills depends on mobs. for firechain i use knockback 150 yards and pick them one by one with thunder clap.

lvl 48, defeated diablo (coop with cyruz), but still unable to unlocked Hell mode...

solo-ing Nightmare Act 4, see can farm some EXP to lvl 50...

using 13X dagger on both hands...

that's why need to separate them. use knock back lo. them come in freaking group and i die like shit too.

like that you solo farm , azmodan till the act 4 first boss . Else can just farm the elites .
