Before you flash the prerooted German ICS , I suggest you read the XDA thread other user comments. Mine was a perfect install without any problems.
Some users run into problems failing to get root . i remember one user here too faced this problems. Especially if you are new to flashing, it is always a good practice to read other users experience and learn how they overcome their issues. Many new users just jump right in flashing and when they get stuck, they panic and start crying SOS !!

And ALWAYS do a nandroid backup of current rom at recovery mode before flashing

sweat.gif my installation also smooth sealing without loosing my root with German ICS...

This time Rocket v1 impresses me with its slicker and smoother performance. But so far on it only 6 hours. It seems slightly better than both Criskelo v3 and Alba 2.0. Infact I'd say these 3 roms not much difference among them. I only have problems syncing my Chrome bookmarks with Alba V2 - dunno why ; reset the browser , reinstall clear data and the sync still hung there !! No such sync issues with all the other ICS roms I have tested - Stunner, Cyanofree, Liquid, Cyanogen, Criskelo, Rocket etc
*
+1 to rocket v1 as well, everything runs smoother, my phone is much snappier after flashing to rocket.

Are there any ICS custom ROMs out there packed with S-Note? I'm on stunner .19 and I realize I cannot live without S-Note.

Those users who keep asking whether rocket or alba or whatever rom is good or not, I suggest you flash it yourself to determine
Always do a nandroid backup of your present rom so that you can easily restore it back if you are not happy with the new rom
DO NOT ever go and flash any new rom without at least doing a nandroid backup
History has shown and proof many users get stuck in flashing and has to resort to use Odin in PC to flash back their phone to revive it
I have 8 nandroid backup of all the various roms I have tried, all the common kernels ( GB and ICS ), most of the modems and so if I ever get stuck ( which at times I do ), I can easily recover it without needing to use Odin in PC

Clearly you have lost full root

I suggest you try first the official German build. Use Odin in PC to flash it. Your phone will remain unrooted
Download rom from the hotfile site :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1646088

If you want a rooted version, flash this preroot version :

Thanks for the advice, will try this once I get back from work!
