Can someone confirm this with me?

My S2 now is using GB 2.3.6, and I'm using KIES to backup my SMS, Call Logs, Contacts, Memo.

After I updated to ICS, will I able to restore back those data from KIES?

Fast reply will be appreciated...

Did you backup? via Titanium Backup or other backup apps?
If no then I think chances are less for you to get back lol. Or you can go Google Play to see all installed apps and redownload them.

Go to TB itself, press menu button, hit batch, then restore all apps with data.
I think I miss a step there but you play around with it, you should find batch restore.

Yes, as Shizuru said, just redownload it from Play Store. If you paid for it it'll say it's purchased and you can download it again for free.

I don't know but some ICS ROM's have SD card issue, maybe try to remove SD card and restore again.
Or restart the app or reboot the phone, just to be safe

Tick unknown sources, tick usb debugging, kill TB or restart device start again.

Just leave then phone while it restores itself, don't touch it, just leave it there.
Tried Shizuru's method?
