need help guys. flashed my phone to CM9 from CheckROM just now, but all my apps are gone. any way to restore them?

those who are using CM9 ICS, any other way to speed up charging for both usb and normal charger? cause after migrating to ICS from CheckROM GB, i noticed that the charging speed decreased a lot
