Since it seems like a generic pouch, need to specify galaxy nexus or not when purchasing ?? Quality from the photo seems nice

AOKP Build 35 killed my SMS function...
You guys encountered this?

Strange problem here.
*
SMS function killed? Means can't receive SMS? Or can't even open the SMS app?

QUOTE(droid13579 @ May 10 2012, 06:02 PM)
It seems the problem plague on previous builds have bridged on B35.
Milestone 5 still the best.

Now testing another Kernel now, this lean also being behave not as what I wanted sad.gif

[UPDATE: The freeze clock bug is BACK!  on B35 ohmy.gif ]

Will report to RootWiki.
*

Anyone having frequent red border flash on your screen and a bit dim and blue-ish screen color? My setting Build 35 + Trinity Kernel.
*
Uncheck everything in developer option if you dunno which option enabled the red border flash.

Trinity Kernel default screen color is cool blue white, so its normal if u use his kernel

Strange, I haven't seen anyone else reporting on this red border thingy on b35 in fact, it was quite long ago .

I'm running b35 + trinity rom without any issue. Data drop was an issue with stock kernel. Now keeping an eye with this kernel . Half a day had passed and no data drop yet .

Finger crossed

Paranoid Droid is basically make ur nexus use tablet mode of ics. So on the UI, its considered quite different.

oh ya, some forumer faced some problem with this build. Strangely, i didn't face any of those problem YET haha. To me, its pretty similar with M5 with 2 different key changes i) theme engine ii) multiple type of recent apps (webos, sense and stock)

gps dunno got improvement or not, still the same for me ... it locks pretty quick but didnt bother to time it though

Currently playing with Goo manager and it seems like it has some integration with TWRP recovery

I'm really new to Android.

I've had Nexus for a week now and is anyone experiencing absolutely atrocious battery life as i am? The battery juice fell by 10% within 3 hours. I've got mobile data on and the usual stuff like whatsapp, Line and ebuddy running and nothing else. The gmail sync is off and the screen is on its lowest setting.

The phone has been sitting on the table for 3 hours, screen completely black, so its not like i've used it at all. Is this typical?
Advice appreciated.
*
10% in 3 hours is not really that bad since you are on data. Whatsapp is fine since it uses push, line I think also same . But ebuddy I think doesn't uses push message. It needs a constant connection to server to keep alive and pool for new messages.

Going by that, you would have 30 hours of standby when u run out of battery, assuming nothing changed. You call that bad?

my default browser.

but its weird my friend with a Note says Chrome isn't very good. Apparently its buggy to him  hmm.gif

But note don't even have official ics except the German fw. So most likely those bug might be related to the custom firmware
