it's did not happen here.. no battery issue on amazon appstore.
but recently I encounter the proxy issue on Amazon Appstore. other application or PLAY are fine with the proxy I set but Amazon Appstore latest version seem like already block it.... anyone with latest version and still work?

not sure is any latest custom rom had complete the wifi direct function. as I remember, stock only have wifi direct on and off only but without any configure option. now I'm using miui and surprise, it's include the configure now. just tested, work fine without any 3rd app like s2.

S-Beam is for SGS-III device with SGS-III device only
If Beam to other device = Standard Android Beam

different thing. wifi direct using wireless network but Beam is using NFC.
not sure is S3 S-Beam compatible with Android Beam or not.

I think 4 n half hours is device on. And screen on consumed 56% of the battery which equal to 151 min (2 n half hour) screen ON time. This is what i understand from the screen shot by mikeeee

So, that means that 3 hours of screen on with 3g or maybe wifi is about right from gsmarena test isn't it?

4 n half hours screen on. That's good battery life to me. But, from Springfall explanation, it seems otherwise.

I just knew it's based on vlingo. Just minor "siri-ish" tweaks and total redesign. Nothing much to see from S-voice now. :/

I think the Jeannie app works better. But the interface is awful.

Last nite i flashed to Liquid Smooth 1.4 together with the liquid tuna extra zip file. The guys at Liquid said that no need to flash gapps since its already included in the rom. After reboot, there is no google map and google earth.

I tried to install from the play google using market enabler following all the steps ( airplane mode-wifi-fake provider) but failed to download due to not available for your location. Last time i remember i managed to download Google Earth using the same steps.
