nope, I'm not with AlBa. Fed up of downloading cos the updates was too fast initially when the ICS German ROM was released. tongue.gif Decided to go for stock ICS German ROM with CF-Root LPY Kernel instead.

Was reading the past few pages and Uncle was very very upset laugh.gif
I was also one of the victim of Uncle initially but the guide this time on page 1 and Benny's blog was much more comprehensive when compared to the time I started rooting biggrin.gif
So guys, do us all a favor and read post #6 before asking. We are all here to help if you know what you're asking.

After two hours of used, it's quite smooth and responsive, and not yet got any problems yet, will keep monitor it

How smooth is the 'quite smooth' ? smoother than normal LPY rom?

Actually is very dependable of the user's self feeling and point of view, for me it's smoother than stock LPY ROM, I'm using apex launcher, and I deleted all the bloatware that I not use, so may be you can try then you can determine that the term's 'smooth' of yourself, see got difference with me or not

hm that's nice to know. It should be smoother than my current set-up.
Now the next importance question. How's the battery life ? or is it too early for that question.

I have not tested it yet but the Samsung official ICS is indeed laggy and not smooth. Even the older Alba v3 and Midnote Team 1.1 beats the new German ICS buiold just on smoothness and slickness. Any of the custom rom especially AOPK roms will beat it further in slickness and smoothness. Infact no need even to download and compare, it is an open fact

That's why I just take the Digi Smart Plan RM48 for 1 year (RM43 if autobilling). If you buy AP set..you still have to go around looking for a data plan! Total cost will come back to about same with ORI set !
