Yes I am using Maxis. I find its download speeds is higher and since using it , never faced even a second of it disconnecting

Both wifi and 3G/H, H+ working perfectly. That is why I say is the best baseband radio I have ever used in G note . I have never praise any baseband radio before - this is first time

You just took a risk flashing stuff going through the default LPY  recovery !! Good job !

Yes this is usual method but Mobile Odin works through your default recovery , which even now Chainfire LPY is deem unsafe !!

guys, do try liquidsmooth rom too, its as good as stunner in terms of smoothness but better battery life.....and the dev releasing LPY version one soon.

The main reason i recomposed benny's guide is to help newbies to understand every little thing that they should know prior rooting their new phone. So that hopefully they will not came out with the repeated question like how to boot into dwnload/recovery, why my pc didnt recognize my phone, what need to select in Odin, how to use and navigate in CWM, how to check if rooted or not, how to flash custom roms and bla bla bla..

Its a crystal clear step by step guide to get your phone to be rooted+CWM from a-z. I dont know why people still find it hard to understand and follow the guide.

I can just simpy cut and paste from benny blog, nothing wrong with his guide, its as clear as mine but newbies that are not willing to read and understand will ask the same thing again and again.

We are all trying to help newbies but dont take it for granted and hope to be spoonfed for all your problem.
