hmmmm....no other car models available is it?......

car is a liability...don't make it worst by having to fork out hundreds of ringgit every month for parts replacements and repair after only 5 years of usage...

yep for my saga it was also over the std at 240kpa..the preve was at 260kpa..but my family prefers it to be above the std so no biggie..we usually pump the tyres at 240kpa

Added on May 12, 2012, 2:10 pm

same here  tongue.gif

Pumping above recommended pressure is dangerous leh. Tyre will bengkak easily, and may burst during highspeed.

How come my 1k service is RM192.00 so much more than yours..i thought all SC have the standard pricing?.. hmm.gif

The manual did state the 5K service in the next 2 pages...i think..

No free gift...better..you would't want my free gift from SC... sweat.gif
*
What engine oil you use? How many items did they charge you for?

In all fairness, what multilink gains in stability and comfort, it loses in simplicity. You cant have it all. I do miss my Waja, especially when my saga rear wheels hops becuase it hit a bump while making a turn shakehead.gif

EDIT: that said, i dont miss the time when I had to replace EVERY SINGLE ARM to hunt down a squeaking noise coming from the rear suspension. doh.gif

anyone manage to get FC like this?

Speaking of output, the CFE – which features a low-pressure turbocharger – is good for 138 hp at 5,000 rpm and 205 Nm between 2,000 – 4,000 rpm, and performance figures include a 0-100 km/h time of 9.6 seconds and a maximum top speed of 190 km/h. As for fuel consumption, the CFE manages 6.6 litres per 100 km, based on a combined cycle.

are you being stupid?

it is good to have the pros and cons rather being a blind fool

that is why the waja had the tulang anjing issue, and rarely in the torsion beam cars..

QUOTE(Junn @ May 12 2012, 02:06 PM)
Sure, be glad to help.

The handling is great, steering feels heavy, if you like the light feeling of steering, I would say this car is not for you.

Nvh is good as well, I have friend with civic telling me it's better than his car but he's using low profile tyre. But this is subjective, go try it yourself.

The sluggishness on earlier complain seems to be gone or I'm used to cvt already. But it won't have the initial burst of myvi, having 1.3 ton body does weight it down.

Fc need to wait awhile, I haven't done first service, so maybe ask others is better. So far it's 9.8l/100km, it's ok to me, I never expect it to save fuel at the first place

Things that I don't like, fit n finish is not up to what I expect, some of the finishing could be better IMHO. But do check it out yourself.

Niggling things like engine start from cold start have sounds, gonna rectify it next week.
Paint quality could be better as well.

Overall I'm satisfied biggrin.gif
*
well summarized review...do keep us who are still waiting for the car posted.. nod.gif nevertheless i noticed that the FC is much higher than what was said by proton... could it be due to the reason that the engine hasn't been broken in properly? can any other owners who have received their car give some feedback as well? tq

Ckk was not knocking on multilink. He simply was stating the truth. Multilink suspension are complex and expensive to maintain, but you gain a superior suspension system compare to torsion beam.
