So what could possibly the structure bro?
Perhaps sdp is tapping onto Arabian residents within PVs. Existing KL East (Veo and soon Quarza Resident) population might be too low to support the commercial. Either way, guess will be a win-win for PVs owner and the Mall. |

Hope veo rental will go up higher once quarza mall & kys intl school complete next year. I 'm expecting rental abt Rm2600-2700 for studio unit. Perday RM 90. |
