They want to reduce paying LAD and rushing work. The common area mostly uncompleted well. Alot of dirt and dust from cement especially inside car park area, lift and sky view garden.
The condo unit workmanship have obvious rush work minor defects like scratches on sliding door glass, scratches on entrance door, front grill door handle paint chips, kitchen piping water minor leak, balcony glass handle rusty, ceilling wall chips/broken uneven and aircond not cool. Have send case for defects repair, still waiting for appointment.

There's no rebates for VEO when it was launch last 4yrs 5mths.
Standard free SPA excluding loan agreement and stamping fees.
Tower B only have promotion for 1st 100 early buyers will get Free MOT,
Tower A only get free DIBS but price up by 5%
VEO price should be priced higher since already completed and can see the current active development nearby
like KYS International school & campus, Quarza Mall infront, Quarza residence at rm900 psft+.
VEO low density only 8 unit per floor, 4 each front and back facing.
DEveloper small units high floor lvl 18 last sold at RM670K.
Those lower floor units for tower B also price abt RM530k+/- after include bank interest during construction period.
After complete the price expected above RM600k+/- for low unit.
Current selling price low could be those flippers want to sell fast after get big LAD(1 yrs 5 mths) especially TOWER B.
Spoiling the market price.
KL EAST development will make VEO value much more higher.

KL East. So first phase Veo is stylish? , second phase Quarza is integrated/convenience? , third phase is resort-style?.
