I called Electrolux service center and they sent technician to pick up the dryer and fixed it. It was suspected the heat exchanger area clogged and I did a overhaul which cost few hundred buck (really wtf on this) and replace faulty components since it is under warranty. Working fine so far but have to more frequent vacuum the heat exchanger area.
*
Yes known issue with many. Condensation causes stuff like mould to proliferate and they build up in a scum layer. If this area is unreachable, I'm afraid that's what's going to happen very routinely. That's why if getting one, I will stay away from condenser driers regardless of make and model. Ventilated ones ok. Heat pump, unknown. See here.

Can you also post what the dryer's manual says with regards to routine maintenance? Perhaps take a video for posterity on how servicing is done for these if they only come to clean.

Hi,

I hot same issue like your dryer, water accumulated at heat exchanger area. Did you managed to fit it?
*
Condensation because the dryer's heat exchanger still cold after turned off? What make and model? See the video posted on how one particular make and model can be cleaned.

Mine has that filter from Step 6-11. Vacuuming doesn't really help. Those dust sorta stuck to those blades. I think need professional to clean it.
*
Is the blade assembly removable or that's actually the condenser's heat exchange fins?

Seems like a damn good buy. Anybody bought the Daewoo dryer? The feature that attracted me is the reverse tumbling.
*
It has?!!! I thought all dryers will do that or do they tumble in one direction only.

EDH-3497RDW, I asked the shop and check their display unit before they don't have the filter too I even showed them the online user manual their sales person also not sure about it. The physical manual don't have it I assume it was different model cater for different countries.

Found the parts description from web, Basically the parts 411, 418 and 420 were missing.

Guess I gonna try annoy them again with the findings I gathered so far.

Confirm with Electrolux spares department whether the unit should be equipped with the said missing parts.

Heat pump dryer only starts at 19min.
FAQ at 28:18

Didn't know that the T07 same load washer and dryer comes in 10kg. Only know of the 8kg washer/dryer
