Some tips from a new player to new players.
dolmen good for power lvling, just type x in zone chat to join,


It is advice to reach lvl50 fast to start enjoy the game, at 50 you will receive enlightment daily which boost exp by 4, then just take it easy from here.

Since quest reward base on char lvl, i grind my way to 50 and maybe cp160 then just start questing. Beside, lvl50 also dint give u much advantage if start low lvl quest. This is from my 2 week experience la, feel free to correct me. =) have fun.

No, that's the basic one. Tamriel Unlimited only comes with the base game.

You need to buy the Gold Edition. This version comes with 4 out of the 5 released DLC.

So GOLD edition is all I need?
And is it this game only available in STEAM?
Or on separate platform as well?

you can also buy it straight from zenimax.
i bought from steam because of the promotion.
also got for ps4 platform but it's on separate server.

Not sure the availability on platform outside of steam for the game on pc. Its available on console as well but no cross server.

Yes the Gold edition is what you need if you are fresh to the game. The pricing seems odd because the incomplete edition is priced more than the Gold Edition. Read the Gold edition description if you are unsure, it has mentioned of the DLC available with this version.

or u can wait for promotion from steam then just get the gold edition. for temp solution, can get VIP(monthly sub) which auto unlock all the content, but not include imperial class
