Already been elaborated. Anything you can get in cash shop, you can get in-game. Nothing to see and nothing to worry.

All the things in the cash shop don't even give a huge boost also.

I doubt ArenaNet will help you change region unless you have solid evidence of your residency in Europe and Malaysia. Don't try to cheat, you won't get help. And yes, you do need to prove to them that you are a traveller.
