Question about GW1.

Tried GW2 definitely playing it. Now I want all the rewards from Hall of Monuments.

Should I have to buy all campaigns + EOTN? If so, is there somewhere cheaper to get the game, its like $50 for everything. It hurtsssssssss a lil.
