jz visited this place, overall quite good.
Pros -Built quality is above average -Good security -Good neighbourhood Cons -Not enough carparks -Some units too close to the highway -getting here can be very jam. Only 1 access |

Occupancy rate is good as according one of my friend who is staying there. It is still a nice/ peaceful place to stay

Hi I'm interest to get a 3 rooms unit here for own stay. But when I browse thru the thread I find there are very few comments after completion. There are some questions and it will be great if anyone here able to help me
1. The residents here are mainly tenant or own stay? 2. Have you guys experience any serious issue during heavy rain ? 3. How is the quality of the workmanship? Any hidden problem on your unit? 4. This thread is extremely quite compare to others, is it because this condo is too good or too bad? Or it is just very less residents visit LYN. 5. The price feels very valuable in location like this. Mind to share what is the reason? Great thanks to whoever willing to share! |
