Project is still under construction and not all drainage work will be ready (it may also not be cleaned of any silting from the construction works).

Hence, I think its inappropriate to make comments or reach conclusions on flooding at this stage.

It's just the directors of focal aim (are they former now,not sure) are tthe shareholders of esquire corner.

Anyway, based on their zero lot project in glenmarie, I'm quite satisfied with their quality.

Hijauan Saujana is in Persiaran Golf. If you notice, the building design is also nothing like Hijauan (i.e. no central V-shaped podium as each block is completely seperated.)

Hi Claudio sorry to upset you in advance, based on my discussion with the SA when I bought mine, they told me it was door for your unit is supposed to face the lift lobby.....unless they have changed the layout slightly.

On the rebate, not sure about others, but I had mine credited against the purchase price immediately. So my loan sum is only like 85% around that only.

I like mine because the bedroom windows don't face another unit, more privacy.

Don't worry-la. If for own stay, I am sure the objective's will be different. What's ideal is good environment and maintenance and good neighbours (and of course, most importantly happy family).

I'm still contemplating whether to get an extra parking lot. But they just increased the price from RM30k to RM35k now right.

3 cars  shocking.gif

where u wanna park the remaining car? LOL! this tandem parking seems troublesome to move out the car... unless the owner only got 1 car then can save the hassle time...

Ya, that's why was contemplating whether to get another lot so that all 3 lots/cars will be in tandem. Will always have 2 cars able to exit (since only 2 drivers anyhow).

But RM35k for a parking lot is kinda wasteful also I think....

Oh, I didn't take the "cash" option for the rebate. I had it credit-note out of my purchase price so in the end took a lesser loan. Rather save on interest from a long-term.

As I recall, the rear entrance against Jalan Lapangan Terbang is supposed to be for emergency/service access only. Not sure if that has been revised to allow for pedestrian access for residents and whether there is going be a covered(?) walkway up to that bridge.

I have a feeling that this is being built by the Malton project.

To me it looks as nearer to Malton side
This photo looks like from Ara Damansara heading out towards Federal Highway - LRT station is on the left side while Hijauan is on the right after the bend of the track and where it straightens out

My unit was ok. No complaints and finishing all done properly. Only had 4 minor touch-up's.

As for noise, when you close the glass door and windows, can't hear anything already.

Anything wrong with that?
