I just note Litening ( of SGS II fame ) has just releases a GB rom. Litening is the only developer I highly recommend to all new users of SGS II who wishes to root/flash a new custom rom on the SGS II
I am now downloading it and will give it just a brief test. Do not think I will ever want to go back to any GB rom anymore. I will see how it compares to Substancer, Rocket , and Cassie GB roms ( my 3 GB favorites )

And a reminder to those who is now testing Cyanofree ICS roms : DO NOT flash LP6 kernel on it as it will disabled all WiFi detection

Wipe both caches ONLY will do. No need to wipe data

I would like to recommend this app : QUICKER for those who like a quick access to common widgets - useful to those who do not have toggles in their taskbar or do not like to use it ( like me ). I put this app in my dock for one touch convenience



You can setup your screen views at its menu/add widget

You can use Dock settings at Nova launcher to setup to 7 ; I think Apex also has similar feature. Euphoria controls is added settings to normal Cyanogen build. It is not restricted to Stunner rom only
I was last on Stunner .26.1 , no idea about .26 battery life as was on it only less than 2 hours. Why would you want .26 when there is a newer build .26.1 which addresses mounting issues in .26. Defeats the purpose of just using .26

Cynox caller ID issue is unique. He has been having this problem since the first ICS roms. I also not have such caller ID issues on all the latest ICS roms - whether is aopk or Touchwiz based. All my contacts phone numbers are in +Countrycode XXXX format

He is not the only user facing such issues. In every ICS thread I do come across some users who has similar problems too

Depends on what rom you are on

Midnote 1.1 still with random freezes once a while unlike very stable Alba v3. Change the default lp6 kernel to lp5 n battery life will improve
AOPK rom beside stunner 1.4.19 ( recommended version) cyanofrer 2704 n liquid v1 equally good. Don't see any major bugs in these 2 rom

Just read n follow post#6 will be fine

Download lp5 kernel from post#6 n flash the tar file w mobile Odin.

More important did you see any Comm number being detected ? If you do not means your phone is not detected or did you connect phone in download mode ?
Did you install the phone USB drivers. And if you have KIES installed make sure it is not on

This is mine on Sandisk 64 GB

First create a folder titaniumbackup in ext sdcard
Launch tb at menu preferences select backup folder
Select detect whole device until the ext sdcard folder is detected

Nothing to do with size. Intact it read at least twice faster than my ex 32gb
