There is absolutely no WiFi issue on Stunner rom. Infact 1.4.19 is the best and most stable non Touchwiz based rom I'd say compared to others such as Cyanogenfree, Liquid and Cyanogen9. Stunner only loses out in smoothness and slickness. I suggest you reflash your rom again , starting from GB

Yes you can just flash the modem directly - no need to wipe any caches at all

Why not safe ? You downgraded successfully right?
Most important use Odin in pc to do it if you are moving back from ICS. Do not use mobile Odin as it goes through the ics recovery and as entropy advised could maybe pose a risk

Those on ICS roms you will never kena hard brick lah. Read entropy statement properly
It is only possible and a extreme low one if you constantly flash using the default recovery. So if you flash constantly flash first abyss kernel than use its recovery to do it
Flashing abyss 4.2 is a must if you want to flash cyanogen9 as it will hard brick phone if you do not

If you want to revert back to gb from ics:
Restore your gb backup through abyss 4.2 I repeat 4.2 only. Read my blog properly as I clearly said ignore first list to use 3.9 as you will lose root after restore
Or you reflash gb in pc using Odin. No need to change recovery. Don't do it using mobile Odin

Added on May 7, 2012, 5:47 pmThe kernel developer entropy has challenge neobuddy of stunner his lp6 kernel release saying it is not safe. Neobuddy did not even bother to respond. I have yet to read any user who hard brick using lp6 kernel. But entropy still insist It is not safe except only his kernel or cyanogen 9 kernel
So this is unresolved.

I would say it is safe as long as you do not wipe cache as this he say could cause bricking. Again I have yet to read any user hard brick flashing abyss 4.2. I do it practically every day

Hardbrick is always a maybe or probable situation only. Entropy even say if happen maybe few % only. So unless you are the unlucky one
Anyway stay away from mobile Odin until this issue clear up
It is still debateable whether such hard brick will ever occur

CPU speed only if set too low below 200mhz might cause reboot. Definitely will not in 500-1000mhz range

That mainly in 4.25 first release n is developer mistake.he immediately corrected in the first day.
The user who complain did not even explain clearly how he got it brick. It just take a few careless users n cause unnecessary panic

No need wipe cache to install abyss as you only using its recovery
After install abyss from its recovery only wipe to install roms

Are you on gingerbread? If so no idea. I don't really try it in gingerbread as I like default quill paper wallpaper
But I can do it in some ics roms

If you want the Samsung Apps , flash the ICS roms of either Alba, Midnote or KIngdroid
Stunner is vanilla AOPK rom , it does not come with the Samsung apps and Spen functions
You can use substitute apps such as JOTTER but it can never replace fully S Note/S Memo

Stunner rom is AOPK ICS - it will not have the default Samsung apps. See my earlier posting just above
